Description
Resilient and hard floor sealer, conditioner and under-coater. Conditions floors and creates ideal base for floor finish. Dries and cures from the bottom up. Designed for use on a wide variety of floor surfaces including all porous resilient and non-resilient floors. Can be used as a wear coat on concrete, rubber, VAT, and VCT.
